A Hero's Death
My entry for the BioWare writing contest. Requires a copy of Neverwinter Nights, and possibly the expansions too. Feel free to give feedback in give some feedback in the appropriate Pyoko thread (warning: spoilers).
FP Hacks
Hacks for the beta versions of Brent's Crappy Furry Phantasy Demos (I think he's since retitled the game Hunter's Quest; something like that, anyway). Relatively worthless since the actual demos are long since down along with the rest of Brent's site, but you can still look at the pretty pictures and listen to the awful MIDIs.
Tempe High: The Zelda Quest
A Zelda Classic quest based on my high school. I've been working at it, on and off, for nearly as many years as I actually spent in high school; this contains demos and a bestiary and will house the final quest once there is one.
My own fan trailer for the upcoming movie adaptation of Rent, which was my favorite Broadway musical as a high school lad. (Please note that this Rent movie trailer is not the official Rent movie trailer. The official Rent movie trailer is available at sony.com/rent. If you want the official Rent movie trailer, please go there, as this Rent movie trailer is my own, fan-made Rent movie trailer and not the official Rent movie trailer.)

Brent's Rule for Impatient People: Watch whole thing.
Steve's Rule for Stupid People: With the sound on.
Legal foolishness: This Rent movie trailer is totally unapproved by Sony Pictures, Paramount Pictures, and generally every single entity in the world who is not me. This is parody and as such protected fair use.
A Flash animation I made in June 2000, shortly after graduating high school. Will almost certainly have problems with sync of graphics and music, but not too bad a little project.
Available as a T-Shirt. Mine came out slightly redder but otherwise fantastic.
The old site top logo, drawn by my old friend Jessica Spencer around 1997ish during our freshman year in high school. Something about it just makes me want to hop in Green Lion and go kick some ass.
Anyone who tries to post my images elsewhere is highly likely to end up with this one instead.
At the end of my Freshman year of college, I had $130 left in my student account. I spent all of it on Mountain Dew.
I grew ten and a half months' worth of beard between December '00 and October '01, at which point I shaved it all off in one fell swoop so I could play Brad in Rocky Horror. The results of that chilling evening:
My brother and me with John Flansburgh of They Might Be Giants.
Various avatars I've used on boards.pyoko.org.
Stuff I and others have written over the years.
My own dialogue added to screen grabs from Microsoft's Comdex '03 Matrix spoof.
A story Steve and I wrote when we were 12; back in Fall '00 he talked Joseph Nebus into MiSTing it.
Original / MiSTed
A parody of RUR (Rossum's Universal Robots) I wrote after doing the show in high school. Never performed because it's just an unending string of inside jokes.
HTML / Word
A short piece I wrote for a high school humanities class -- I believe the assignment was based on A Modest Proposal.
The classic Sonic 'XX reply-to story, contributed to by dozens of authors over more than a decade.
Thad. Brent. Steve. Brad. Afro Jon. Together...they fight crime.
My site's hit stats. Fun for the whole family!
My favorite searches that lead people to this page, as reported on the stats page.
I run an oldschool text-only BBS called Sonic '0X off and on. At the time of this writing, it's off.
Main page
A rough description of my BBS; slightly outdated.
Thad's Quick and Dirty Guide To Getting On His BBS
A quick-and-dirty guide on how to access my BBS using Windows and HyperTerminal.
Some are embarrassing and some are just plain old, but here are some of the features that used to be linked on the main page.
The Lesser of Two Evils (November 2000)
I voted Nader in 2000, and cranked out this piece somewhere between the point Bush was declared the winner and the point where they started wondering what the hell was going on in Florida. It's a bitter, scathing piece about how our two-party system is forcing our entire political spectrum to the center-right...and, unfortunately, though it looked fine when I put it up, it now appears to render like ass. One of these days I'll get inspired and redo the HTML, but in the meantime, I think it's a good read despite the rather nasty division placement.
Thad vs. YourGoingToHell.com (September 2000)
In arguably the biggest flop in this site's history, I decided to try and mess with the owner of a fundy website. Unfortunately, it turned out to be way less funny than I anticipated, and climaxed in Sharkey mocking me.
Enemies List (August 2000)
Back in the summer of 2000, I started to compile an Enemies List. It never really went anywhere; it has two entries.
Short and To-the-Point Questionnaire (July 2000)
In the tradition of Brentai's Anti-Chain Letter of yore, my response to those damn personality tests your chick friends keep forwarding to you.
Link me (June 2000)
A few oversized banners nobody but James ever used, and a flyer I put on my door once.
Old Sig (June 2000)
In the old days, I was known for having an insanely long signature file. This is the original version before I revised it on June 12, 2000.
FAQ (February 2000/December 2000)
When I first put the site up, I included an FAQ. It's tremendously old and outdated now.
